The Rotavirus Detection Kit developed by Amir Peyvand Research and Development Company (AP\u2011RAD) is designed for the rapid, sensitive, and specific detection of rotavirus in stool samples from patients with diarrhea. Due to the high level of viral shedding in feces, molecular diagnostic methods such as Real\u2011Time PCR provide high sensitivity and multiple analytical advantages, enabling the detection of the virus within a short period of time alongside relevant clinical and epidemiological risk factors.
