Erythrocyte Lysis Buffer for Flow Cytometry | Red Blood Cell (RBC) Lysis Buffer

The RBC lysis buffer is suitable for flow cytometry applications, designed to lyse red blood cells without damaging lymphocytes, leukemia cells, hematopoietic cells, and granulocytes.

Before using the cell suspension for flow cytometry analysis or in vitro functional assays, it is recommended to remove the red blood cells.
